-10 One-Handed Push-Ups (3 sets)
-25 Reps ;Declines (3 sets)
-15 Reps ; Inclines (3 sets)
-50 Military Style Push-Ups (normal form, 7 sets)
-A "deck of Cards" workout ; matching Suits
. (Spades; wide-grip)(diamonds;diamonds)(Clubs;inner grip-normal)(Hearts;Burnouts)
(Little Joker = 77 pushups) Big Joker =100 pushups with the last 7 being diamonds)

This equals over 1000 Push-Ups altogether.
