{Area-1255} Alex Jones and InfoWarsLife "Super Male Vitality" Product Review

First off I have a few things to say.
For any of you who consistently say Alex is a "shill" or "charlatan", you should think again. Research the ingredients.
No wait, I will do it for you.....

Anyway, these guys are very respectful and prompt with the shipping.

I actually tried this product on numerous occasions and it is a great product.

You'll find the ingredient synopsis and my elaboration on each down below the review.

I firmly believe this product helped me in gaining mass, and it also seemed to send my strength up quite a bit. I was also amazed at the overall effect on lung energy (and relief of asthma) that this product gave. I would classify it as really a broad and very potent adaptogen, and indeed, there are "adaptogens" in it. I'll get to that.
Beyond all of this, I noticed that taking each dose 5 hours apart was optimal. Don't take it too close to bedtime because it can be pretty stimulating. It doesn't give you jitters, but it will give you a very profound sense of motivation and will ensure a sense of mental clarity with it.

It's comparible to a pre-workout formula when used for this purpose. It drives a noticeable "tunnel vision" feeling and also seemed to increase my vascularity as well.

I noticed a collected sense of energy and I was quicker to regain my train of thought on this. It's very clear that this supplement really covers all ground. The "Alpha" focus - described as having great levels of confidence yet clarity, and a pulsing motivation but yet having almost no anxiety...that was present on this.
And it's not a prohormone. That should say something...

Also my recovery times and soreness were dramatically decreased. It's very strong.

So overall I was very pleased with this product.
Now some of you ask what's so different about this product and other "test boosters".

Well first off, it contains all organic herbs. Let's take a look at the label.

                             SUPPLEMENT SCIENCE / INGREDIENT SYNOPSIS

TRIBULUS TERRESTRIS - Organic is a good thing, that means less or no heavy metals etc.
Tribulus Terrestris contains compounds called saponins, including a particular one called "Protodioscin".
Which has been shown to increase LH/FSH - and significant increases in DHT,DHEA and total testosterone.(1)(2)

SUMA -   Suma is an adaptogen and contains many components. It contains apigenin which inhibits aromatase activity(3)(4)(5). It also contains "beta-ecdysterone" which has potent anabolic activity - helping to build muscle and explains that fatigue alleviating effect of this formula (at least partly)(6). It also contains "Germanium" which helps improve oxygen supply to needed tissues(7).

Ashwagandha - Acts as a GABA mimetic and also increases chloride channels (positive allosteric modulator)(8)(9)(10)(11). This means ashwagandha helps to decrease anxiety and provide a sense of well-being. It may by this mechanism decrease cortisol output and the negative effects of stress(12)
Abstract

CONTEXT:Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain or tension, which can lead to underperformance and adverse clinical conditions. Adaptogens are herbs that help in combating stress. Ayurvedic classical texts, animal studies and clinical studies describe Ashwagandha as a safe and effective adaptogen.

AIMS:The aim of the study was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a high-concentration full-spectrum extract of Ashwagandha roots in reducing stress and anxiety and in improving the general well-being of adults who were under stress.

SETTINGS AND DESIGN:Single center, prospective, double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled trial.

MATERIALS AND METHODS:A total of 64 subjects with a history of chronic stress were enrolled into the study after performing relevant clinical examinations and laboratory tests. These included a measurement of serum cortisol, and assessing their scores on standard stress-assessment questionnaires. They were randomized to either the placebo control group or the study drug treatment group, and were asked to take one capsule twice a day for a period of 60 days. In the study drug treatment group, each capsule contained 300 mg of high-concentration full-spectrum extract from the root of the Ashwagandha plant.

During the treatment period (on Day 15, Day 30 and Day 45), a follow-up telephone call was made to all subjects to check for treatment compliance and to note any adverse reactions. Final safety and efficacy assessments were done on Day 60.

STATISTICAL ANALYSIS: t-test, Mann-Whitney test.

RESULTS::   The treatment group that was given the high-concentration full-spectrum Ashwagandha root extract exhibited a significant reduction (P<0.0001) in scores on all the stress-assessment scales on Day 60, relative to the placebo group. The serum cortisol levels were substantially reduced (P=0.0006) in the Ashwagandha group, relative to the placebo group. The adverse effects were mild in nature and were comparable in both the groups. No serious adverse events were reported.

CONCLUSION:

The findings of this study suggest that a high-concentration full-spectrum Ashwagandha root extract safely and effectively improves an individual's resistance towards stress and thereby improves self-assessed quality of life.

Avena Sativa - Avena Sativa (oat) has been known to increase free testosterone levels(13)(14), and although it's not standardized - it should to some extent still act this way (assuming it's dosed properly). Avena also has pro-cognitive effects and increases alpha-waves(15)(16).

Tongkat Ali - Tongkat Ali also raises free testosterone, as well as total testosterone, and may also protect against estrogen related side-effects(17)(18)(19).

Catuaba -  Catuaba is a dopamine-serotonin- reuptake inhibitor and also helps improve vascular function and helps promote vasodilation(20)(21).

Muira Puama -  May also improve free testosterone levels by binding SHBG and it is also a Dopamine D(1) agonist and Beta-Adrenergic Agonist (similar to albuterol, clenbuterol etc)(22)(23)(24).
